Features Included with the Cost:
- Front main room
- Back room
- Restroom
- Folding tables: 5, six foot long tables
- Chairs: 40 folding chairs.
- You are welcome to provide your own tables and chairs, too.
- Use of the counter
- You’re welcome to bring in food.
- Mini-fridge
- Microwave
- Coffee maker
- Alcohol is permitted for private parties, however, you cannot sell alcohol.
- Please note: Round tables pictured in photo gallery are not included with rental. You are welcome to bring in round tables.
Cleaning Supplies Provided:
When finished please leave the place as you found it. Cleaning supplies available.
- Trash bags
- Cleaning wipes
- Broom and mop
- Swiffer mop
Parking:
- Your guests are welcome to park at our neighboring business in the Advantage Funeral parking lost just across N. Westmoor Ave. unless Advantage Funeral home is using the parking lot for a service.
- Free on-street parking on N. Westmoor Ave. and surrounding streets.
